We collect only what we need to run your classes. We never sell your information or use it for advertising.
What we keep
- Your name, email, phone number (optional), language and level. Your password is stored scrambled, so we can't read it.
- Your class schedule, attendance, homework, quiz results and certificates.
- Payment references you send us (transaction number and method). We never see your bank or Telebirr login.
- Your profile photo, only if you upload one.
- Anonymous visit counts on our public pages. No ads and no third-party tracking.
Who can see it
- You, your tutor (so they can teach you) and the academy staff (so they can run the academy).
- Other students never see your details.
Services we use
- Hosting, MongoDB (database), Brevo (email), Cloudinary (files), Sentry (error reports) and Google Meet and Calendar (classes). They handle your data only on our behalf.
Deleting your data
- We keep your data while your account exists. To correct or delete it, email us from the address you registered with. We may keep a small payment record for accounting.
