Terms & Refund Policy

The simple rules for studying with Bisrat Online Academy. By registering you agree to them.
Registration
- We review every registration, then confirm your level, fee and tutor by email.
- Give accurate details, keep one account per person, and don't share your password or class links.
Fees
- Fees are monthly, per level, in birr, depending on how many days a week you study. Current prices are on our home page.
- Each level takes at least 2 months.
- Pay by Telebirr or bank transfer and send us the reference. Your place is confirmed once we match the payment.
- If prices change, a month you have already paid for keeps its price.
Classes
- Classes are live on Google Meet at the time your tutor sets.
- To reschedule, tell your tutor at least 12 hours before. Classes missed without notice are not repeated.
- If your tutor cancels, you get a replacement class at no cost.
Refunds
- Not happy after your first class? Tell us within 7 days and we refund the unused part of the month.
- After that, a month that has started is not refundable, but you can stop at the end of any paid month.
- If we can't provide a tutor for your language and level, you get a full refund.
- Refunds go back to the account you paid from, within 7 working days.
Certificates and materials
- You get a certificate of completion once you finish every lesson and pass the quizzes. It is not a government qualification.
- Slides and quizzes are for your own study. Please don't copy, sell or record them.
